1. Radio frequency identification electronic tags:


In the application of the Niao Niao system, electronic tags are attached to the packaging and pallets of each product, and the labels contain the specific information of the goods, storage locations and other information. At the same time, when the goods enter and leave the warehouse, the detailed information of the delivery person can be written, and fixed or handheld readers can be set up in the warehouse and various sales channels to identify and detect the circulation of goods.


2. PDA (handheld barcode scanner)


In the RFID warehouse management system, each product has a unique barcode to record the corresponding sales information of the product. After the staff receives the product, the first step is to scan the barcode with a handheld PDA, and the PDA is connected to the backend database via WIFI; the second step is that the staff puts the active tag on the card issuer. At this time, the ID number of the active tag will be automatically uploaded to the handheld PDA via wireless. The third step is that the staff presses the handheld PDA to bind the active tag and the product barcode, and finally affixes the active tag to the corresponding product.

One is positioning query.


It can track transport vehicles with RFID tags in real time, automatically print transportation documents, update transportation tracking records, and automatically identify trucks transporting goods. Staff can search and locate a product through a computer or mobile PDA to prevent wasting time searching due to misplacement. In addition, it also has positioning and guidance functions.


Second, inventory of items.


No manual inventory is required. The manager only needs to issue inventory instructions through a computer or handheld PDA, and the system will automatically feedback the inventory results.


Three, real-time delivery.


When shipping, you can swipe the shipping reader, confirm the shipping information, and remove the product label. The shipping information will be synchronized with the system at the first time, which is convenient for other departments to view in time. Update the temporary and permanent cargo positioning and inventory of the warehouse and inventory management system.


Four, anti-theft monitoring.


Before the goods are shipped out, if they are taken out of the warehouse, the system will automatically alarm and recover the goods in time according to the positioning information.


Fifth, system advantages.


The electronic tags used in the RFID warehouse management system are divided into passive tags and active tags. Passive tags require the host to provide energy when working, so the wireless signal transmission power of the reader is relatively high. When the wireless signal power reaches a certain value, it will cause harm to the human body.


Compared with passive tags, active tags can provide their own energy, so the transmission power of the host, receiving base station, and active tags can be relatively small, equivalent to 1/10 of that of mobile phones, and almost harmless to the human body. Active tags use low-data-volume, low-power wireless technology, and the dormant power consumption is μA level. Active tags can work for a long time, and the working time can be up to 2 years. Optimize asset utilization, better measure output value, monitor inventory changes - inventory accuracy is close to 100%, reduce inventory quantity, simplify procedures, and potentially promote sales.
